Innovative Forvet Francesca 32M With Drilling and Milling Capable of Producing 400+ Frameless Shower Doors Per Shift and the Revolutionary Chiara "Edge Processor"™ MTP Edge Polisher and MTA Arrising Machine Provide Fast, High Quality Glass Fabrication

August 2005 - Forvet is an established innovator in the field of glass fabrication machinery, and the Francesca 32M and the Chiara MTP / MTA lines of products uphold that position. The Francesca 32M is a full CNC 4-head workcenter capable of drilling, countersinking and milling glass sheets from 3 - 19 mm. The 32M is equipped with 4 multi-spindle rotating heads (2 upper and 2 lower), with each holding 8 tools. All 4 heads can operate simultaneously, independently or in conjunction with each other over the full width of the glass. The glass is precisely controlled throughout its fabrication by a unique, patented suction system. This machine is also well suited for working with Low-E glass. Francesca models are capable of producing between 100 and 500 frameless shower doors per day, with two holes and two mouse ear notches. Loading and unloading even large glass sheets is fast and easy, and the size of the machine allows for loading a second panel while the first one is still being processed. Technical specs and more information can be found on the Forvet website at http://www.forvet.it/eng/foratura_fc32m.htm.

The Chiara line, including the MTP (polishing) and the MTA (arrising) are state-of-the-art CNC edgers designed to work in-line with the Francesca. These incredible machines can grind and polish all 4 sides of a glass panel simultaneously! The Chiara line is available in multiple sizes to accommodate every production environment and situation.
